Job Description

AiTreat is a leader in digitizing and automating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Tuina therapy using advanced AI and robotics. Our flagship robot, EMMA, delivers precise and consistent Tuina treatments through smart sensing and autonomous force control.

We collaborate with leading healthcare institutions including Mayo Clinic, Singapore General Hospital, and Nanyang Technological University, validating the clinical impact of tech-enhanced TCM therapies.

With successful deployment in Singapore clinics and a scalable business model, AiTreat is now expanding globally to shape the future of healthcare.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Executive to support AiTreat's growth through partnerships, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and wellness, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to business expansion by turning ideas into practical results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities within target markets and industries.

  • Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain structured prospect lists to support expansion into new markets and customer segments.

  • Develop and implement personalised outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.

  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback loops to improve effectiveness.

  • Support data tracking and reporting of key sales KPIs, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach performance.

  • Work closely with the commercialization team to analyse data and optimise outbound sales strategies.

2. Sales Execution & Process Optimisation

  • Manage and execute outbound sales activities using a full suite of prospecting tools and platforms.

  • Support the development and scaling of structured sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation workflows and outreach effectiveness.

  • Ensure accurate tracking of all outreach activities and pipeline progression.

3. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Gather and share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach approaches.

  • Contribute ideas to improve overall sales and commercialization strategy based on field insights.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of securing new business meetings preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to build opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories.

  • Experience using a full suite of prospecting and sales tools.

  • Proven ability to build, document, and scale structured sales processes.

  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to ask insightful questions and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in both team environments and independent work settings.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high volume of leads.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
