The opportunity:

We're launching a Graduate Business Development Programme for talented recent graduates seeking to launch a career in consultative sales and client relationship management. This is a full-time position with structured mentorship, clear skill development milestones, and a fast-track pathway to advancement.

About the role:

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

. Conduct client consultations in professional office settings across Singapore

. Partner with experienced team members to develop solutions for business decision-makers

. Build and manage your own client pipeline with mentor guidance

. Participate in structured sales training and skill development sessions

. Contribute to quarterly market expansion initiatives(regional markets in Asia-Pacific)

. Document client interactions, track performance metrics, and refine approach based on feedback

. Support senior team members on strategic business development initiatives

Typical responsibilities:

. Schedule and conduct client meetings with business owners and MDs

. Conduct needs assessment conversations and present solution options

. Follow up with clients on proposal status and close opportunities

. Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline tracking

. Attend weekly team debriefs and training sessions

. Contribute to campaign planning and execution

Essential qualifications:

. Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent, any discipline)

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. Ability to engage professionally with senior business leaders

. Coachable mindset with genuine interest in developing sales expertise

. Comfortable with target-driven environments

. Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement

. No prior sales experience required

Preferred qualifications:

. Previous internship in sales, business development, or client-facing role

. Understanding of B2B business dynamics

. Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools

. Familiarity with Singaporean business sectors (telco, ecommerce, health, education)
