Responsibilities:
- Line of Business: Property & Casualty
- Onboarding of new agencies and FA
- Liaison between Agents and Underwriters to address Agents queries
- Updating and maintain Agency records
- Working with the Head and Team Leader to establish best practices and processes to ensure that the team meet the company's service standards set.
- Compile, analyze and prepare monthly reports required and present during monthly meetings and business reviews to be in line with intermediary agreements.
- Ensure that sanction checks are conducted.
- Update and maintain the records, schedules, statistics, etc.
- Stay current on market conditions and to share findings and updates with all members of the team as appropriate.
- Participate in process and/or system improvement project(s) when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B expience within the Insurance space.
- General Insurance Certified.
