We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our corporate training portfolio, with a focus on WSQ-funded programmes.
This is not a passive sales role. You will actively engage business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers - building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
If you are hungry, confident in B2B conversations, and motivated by performance-based rewards, this role is for you.
Identify and prospect new B2B clients (SMEs & Corporates)
Promote and position our WSQ training programmes to decision-makers
Conduct meetings (virtual & in-person) with HR and business leaders
Understand client workforce needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals and follow through until deal closure
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Experience selling training, HR solutions, grants, or professional services is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable meeting clients and closing deals independently
Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven
Strong follow-up discipline
