About your role:

We are looking for driven sales professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You don't need years of experience, what matters most is positive energy, ambition, and the willingness to put in the work.

As part of our team, you'll receive dedicated training and get to be mentored by industry veterans. You will have strong earning potential and build up a client portfolio with the biggest brands in Singapore.

We're hiring for two roles:

The first is a junior role with at least 2 years of working experience.

The other is a senior sales specialist that requires at least 5 years of sales experience.

Position and compensation offered to successful candidates will be commensurate with experience.

What you will do:

  • Prospect and pitch to clients, winning deals and growing relationships.
  • Work with exciting brands and agencies to develop tailored creative proposals across our social media, video, and editorial platforms..
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams - creative, editorial, and video to deliver campaigns that wow clients and audiences alike.
  • Monitor and stay up to date with what's hot in digital media, from TikTok trends to new advertising formats, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What we are looking for:

  • A keen interest in media, content, and digital marketing.
  • A hunter mindset you're proactive, resilient, and motivated by closing deals and exceeding goals.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets (in internships, part-time roles, school projects, or professional experience).
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy talking to people and aren't afraid to try new things.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work well with different teams.
  • Organised, adaptable, and curious about creating solutions to solve problems creatively.
