Job Description

We're a 4-year-old digital marketing agency in Singapore offering SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads (SMA), Social Media Management (SMM), and Web Development for SMEs. We're now looking for a driven and people-oriented Client Growth Specialist to help grow our business and deepen client relationships.

This is a hybrid role that combines business development, client success, and growth strategy. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing key client relationships, and helping the agency identify new growth channels (e.g. partnerships, government programs, strategic networks).

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales

. Plan and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads (via paid ads, outreach, networking, etc.).

. Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.

. Conduct discovery calls, pitch services, and close new business deals.

. Follow up and nurture warm leads via CRM or sales pipelines.

. Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Meetings & Relationship Management

. Act as the main point of contact for both new prospects and existing clients.

. Attend and lead sales meetings, kickoffs, reviews, and feedback sessions.

. Understand clients business needs and propose suitable service packages (SEO, SEM, SMA, SMM, Web Dev).

. Prepare proposals and quotations and handle onboarding handovers to project/account managers.

. Maintain regular check-ins with clients and respond to questions, feedback, or escalations.

. Proactively spot upsell or renewal opportunities based on campaign performance or client goals.

. Represent the agency founder in local meetings when needed.

3. Ad & Marketing Campaign Oversight

. Coordinate with the internal team to run performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).

. Brief creatives and media buyers on campaign needs and audience targeting.

. Track and report on ad performance suggest improvements.

. Ensure that monthly agency lead generation campaigns are running consistently and effectively.

4. Strategic Business Development & Growth Initiatives

. Research and identify new business channels such as:

. Government grants (e.g. PSG), partnerships, vendor programs

. B2B networking events, trade associations, and listings

. Conduct competitor analysis and build SWOT breakdowns

. Develop and maintain customer personas for target industries

. Present growth insights and opportunities to the founder regularly

5. Internal Collaboration

. Work closely with remote account/project managers to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

. Communicate client expectations clearly and relay feedback to the internal team.

. Help develop and refine sales processes, proposal templates, and growth SOPs.

. Attend internal planning sessions and contribute to campaign and capacity planning.

Ideal Candidate

. Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experience in business development, client-facing roles, or marketing.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Passionate about marketing and business growth.

. Curious, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems and identifying opportunities.

. Organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations.

. Willingness to learn fast, take feedback, and grow within the company.

Bonus (but not required):

. Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, websites).

. Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms.

. Exposure to CRM tools or proposal software (e.g., Notion, Pipedrive, PandaDoc).
