We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Executive to support revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term business sustainability. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market positioning, expanding partnerships, and enhancing overall business performance.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term sustainability.
Oversee daily operations to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience excellence.
Implement integrated digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, CRM initiatives, and data-driven acquisition and retention programs.
Identify and execute new business development opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, and revenue streams.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and expansion initiatives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Establish operational policies and ensure compliance with applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Relevant experience in business development, strategy, marketing, or operations.
Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
Experience in digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns is advantageous.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
