About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Executive to support revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term business sustainability. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market positioning, expanding partnerships, and enhancing overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term sustainability.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience excellence.

  • Implement integrated digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, CRM initiatives, and data-driven acquisition and retention programs.

  • Identify and execute new business development opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, and revenue streams.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and expansion initiatives.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

  • Establish operational policies and ensure compliance with applicable Singapore laws and regulations.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

  • Relevant experience in business development, strategy, marketing, or operations.

  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns is advantageous.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
