Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential new clients through various channels including LinkedIn, industry directories, and cold calling.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
- Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct effective online and face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services and their value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system.
Requirements & Skills
We are looking for someone with: A Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A resilient, self-motivated, and proactive hunter mentality.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite experience with a CRM is advantageous.
