Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive drives AKC's growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the WSH, Vocational, and Corporate Training sectors. This role bridges market needs with AKC's training solutions, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in training, consultancy, and corporate solutions.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and cross-selling of AKC's courses.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Work closely with Operations and Projects teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Represent AKC at networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Track sales performance and report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with WSH, MOM, SSG, and regulatory training landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
