Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Development & Growth:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base in target segments (e.g., government agencies, top & mid-tier contractors, developers, architects, consulting engineers).
  • Identify and pursue new project leads at the earliest stages (concept, tender, pre-tender).
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in the precast market.

2. Client Relationship & Key Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at main contractors, developers, government bodies (BCA, HDB, LTA, MOH, MOE etc), and architectural/engineering firms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored precast solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and handover to the project execution team.

3. Technical Solutioning & Proposal Development:

  • Work closely with the in-house design, engineering, and tender teams to develop compelling, technically sound, and commercially competitive proposals.
  • Articulate the value proposition of precast construction, including advantages in speed, quality, safety, sustainability, and total cost savings with the use of automation and other innovative solutions like lightweight concrete, coloured concrete, Graphite concrete etc.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations, bids, and tender submissions.

4. Marketing & Market Intelligence:

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, seminars, and networking sessions.
  • Gather and report on market intelligence, including upcoming projects, competitors pricing, and client feedback.
  • Provide input for marketing collateral, case studies, and the company's digital presence.
