Responsibility
Develop Technical Expertise - Build strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product features, and materials to effectively promote solutions stay updated on industry advancements.
Customer Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, serve as the primary contact, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Sales Strategy Execution - Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle including contract negotiations.
Product Presentations & Feedback - Conduct product presentations, customize solutions for customer challenges, and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
Sales Reporting & Market Insights - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ad‑hoc Duties - Support management with additional tasks as required, contributing to overall business objectives.
