BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Develop and execute business development strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing business networks, market research and strategic partnerships.

Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, business partners and professional networks.

Lead the development of corporate service, human resource and related business opportunities, in line with the company's business objectives.

Manage and develop key client accounts, including understanding client requirements and coordinating appropriate company services.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and referral networks to expand the company's client base and service capabilities.

Evaluate potential business collaborations, projects and investment opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

Lead business negotiations and commercial discussions with key clients and business partners.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new services and business expansion.

Work closely with the management team on business planning, revenue growth and long-term business development initiatives.
