Business Development Director, Financial Services

A leading global provider of fund and corporate services is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Director / Senior Business Development Director to join its growing team in Singapore. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding the firm's footprint across the Private Equity and Hedge Fund client segments in Southeast Asia.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by originating, developing, and converting sales opportunities across the region. Working closely with fund managers, allocators, and intermediaries, you'll help deliver tailored fund administration and corporate solutions that support clients across the alternative investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities across fund administration, corporate services, and related offerings
• Focus on developing relationships with Private Equity and Hedge Fund clients across Southeast Asia
• Maintain an up-to-date view of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and client needs to inform commercial strategy
• Represent the firm at key industry events and act as a trusted point of contact for clients and prospects

Who You Are

• 512 years of business development or sales experience in fund services, financial services, or asset management
• Proven ability to originate and convert leads within the private markets segment, particularly PE and hedge funds
• Commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and execution-focused
