Job Description
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Associate to support our growth strategy. This role is a hybrid of account management and new business acquisition, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
- Deepen client relationships by understanding evolving needs and offering value-added solutions
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
- Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates
New Business Acquisition
- Prospect and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and events
- Understand prospects business challenges and present tailored solutions
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
General
- Meet or exceed account growth and acquisition targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered)
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
