What You'll Be Doing
This is not a sit-and-wait sales role. You will be out there building markets.
- Drive B2B business across Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and beyond)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in: cold chain logistics (3PLs), food manufacturers / exporters, pharma & healthcare (future expansion)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of regional clients
- Conduct product presentations, solution pitching, and negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams on customised solutions for clients
- Develop strategic partnerships and distributor networks
- Travel within Asia for client meetings and market expansion
What We're Looking For
- We want someone hungry-not someone just open to opportunities.
- 1-5 years in sales / business development (B2B preferred)
- Experience in logistics, cold chain, packaging, or related industries is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, build-from-zero environment
- Independent, resourceful, and able to open doors (not just wait for leads)
- Willing to travel regionally
Bonus points if you:
- Already have contacts in logistics / food / supply chain sectors
- Understand cross-border trade in Asia
