What Youll Do:

As Business Controller, SEA, youll play a key role in shaping strategy and driving performance across the region. Partnering with senior leaders, youll deliver clear financial insights that inform decision-making and support sustainable growth.

• Deliver corporate and management reporting across South East Asia, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes aligned with business strategy.
• Promote process harmonization, operational efficiency, and value-adding improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering insights on sales, productivity, and project pipelines.
• Support or lead ad-hoc projects (e.g., systems implementation), contributing valuable expertise as needed.

What You Bring:

To succeed as Business Controller, SEA you combine strong financial expertise with a collaborative, business-oriented mindset. Youre experienced in managing financial operations across multiple countries and thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

• A recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent (CPA, CA) is required.
• 1012 years of relevant experience in multinational corporations with regional SEA / APAC experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in SAP S4 HANA and advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in project management such as systems implementation or strategic initiatives is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking able to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Experience navigating matrix structures and regional complexity.
• Willingness to travel across SEA.
