Job Summary
As a Business Consultant at Skyone, you will drive business growth by generating and qualifying client leads, delivering tailored financial solutions, and building strategic relationships with SME clients and industry partners.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify client leads to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities within the SME sector
- Conduct effective cold-calling and canvassing to engage prospective clients and expand the customer base
- Communicate fluently in English or Mandarin to deliver professional financial advice and analysis tailored to SME client needs
- Build and nurture strong professional networks with clients, agents, law firms, banks, and financial institutions to support business development
- Manage the end-to-end sales process by structuring customized financial solutions that address client objectives
- Train and lead a team of juniors, guide them to their full potential and career growth
- Achieving individual and team targets
- Demonstrate quick-thinking and goal-oriented problem-solving to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate effectively within teams and work independently while upholding high standards of workplace integrity
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) to prepare client documentation and reports
- Commit to a full-time role with dedication to personal development and business growth

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm (5-day work week)
- Location: 5 minutes walking distance from Tai Seng MRT
