Business Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing client engagement to ensure retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
