About The Role
Most internships put you on the sidelines. This one puts you at the center — where strategy is made, deals are closed, and decisions happen in real time.
You'll be the founder's right hand. Not a task-taker — a thinking partner who anticipates what's needed, prepares what matters, and shows up ready before anyone else does. Your core job is to make sure the founder walks into every meeting sharp, every form is filed, and every opportunity is captured.
If you're someone who thinks like a founder, moves fast with AI, and takes pride in being the reason things run smoothly — this role was made for you.
What You Will Do
- Prepare Claude artifacts, briefs, and context documents before every founder meeting
- Fill in and submit forms for applications, events, and opportunities on behalf of the founder
- Build and maintain pitch decks and presentation materials for key meetings
- Research counterparts, companies, and opportunities ahead of key interactions
- Work closely with the founder and BD members to ensure alignment before every meeting
- Draft and organize internal and external communications as needed
- Coordinate logistics and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What We're Looking For
- Strong business acumen — understands how startups operate and what matters
- Resourceful and proactive — figures things out without being told twice
- Must be able to leverage the latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to get things done smarter and faster
- Able to vibe code — can use AI-assisted tools to build slides, artifacts, and proposals without a formal engineering background
- Quick adaptation learner — picks up new tools, contexts, and priorities fast
- Detail-oriented and reliable — nothing gets missed
- Strong written communication skills
Founding Mindset
- You think like a founder, not an intern
- You treat every meeting, form, and deliverable like it directly impacts the company's trajectory — because it does
- You don't wait to be told. You see what's needed and you make it happen
- You ask what does the founder need to walk in sharp before every interaction
- You take full ownership from brief to execution — nothing is someone else's problem
- You move with urgency and precision because in a startup, timing is everything
- You proactively flag what's missing, what's at risk, and what needs to move faster
Bonus
- Experience supporting high performance startup founders
- Familiarity with productivity and ops tools (Notion, Linear, Asana, etc.)
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Background in business, communications, or strategy
What Success Looks Like Within 4–6 weeks, you should be able to:
- Own the full preparation cycle for founder meetings end-to-end
- Produce Claude artifacts, briefs, and decks with minimal direction
- Handle accelerator and event form submissions independently
- Be the person the founder relies on without thinking twice
What You'll Get
- Work directly with the founder and get a front-row seat to how a startup is built
- Hands-on experience building real business materials under real constraints
- A portfolio of work that shipped — not just drafts
- An opportunity to speed up your entrepreneurial journey
- A strong foundation for roles in operations, strategy, or chief of staff tracks
Who This Is Not For
- If you think of yourself as just an intern
- If you wait to be told exactly what to do
- If you're uncomfortable with ambiguity or shifting priorities
- If you prefer structured, low-stakes environments
- If you're looking for a low-intensity internship
Who Will Thrive Here
- People who think and act like founders from day one
- Fast learners who get sharper under pressure
- High-agency individuals who take ownership without being asked
- Anyone who gets satisfaction from being the reason a founder can focus on what matters most
