Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

. Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validatebusiness requirements.

. Perform impact assessments and analyze the to-be business andoperational processes based on agreed requirements.

. Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned withbusiness objectives.

. Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep.

. Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests.

Functional Design & Solution Alignment

. Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness.

. Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements.

Testing

. Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team.

. Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution.

Must have:
. Wholesale banking

. Customer experience

. Customer Onboarding and servicing workflow
- AI experience
