Digital Delivery Manager (Business Analysis & Project Management)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Delivery Manager who combines strong business analysis and project management capabilities to drive end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives.
This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to translate requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from scoping to launch and adoption
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery
- Drive structured project governance including reporting, tracking, and stakeholder updates
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams across business and technology
- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery and cost effectiveness
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions with stakeholders
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Review and enhance existing digital platforms and learning technologies
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement post-implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project delivery and/or business analysis roles
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project delivery
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience managing vendors and external partners
- Exposure to edtech or education environments is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
