Digital Delivery Manager (Business Analysis & Project Management)

Location: Singapore (West / City Fringe)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Delivery Manager who combines strong business analysis and project management capabilities to drive end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives.

This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to translate requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from scoping to launch and adoption
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Drive structured project governance including reporting, tracking, and stakeholder updates
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across business and technology
  • Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery and cost effectiveness
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions with stakeholders

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Review and enhance existing digital platforms and learning technologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement post-implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project delivery and/or business analysis roles
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners
  • Exposure to edtech or education environments is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
