Position: Business analyst

Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in ERP and CRM projects.

Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Experience working in the media domain familiarity with media production, broadcasting, OTT platforms, or digital content lifecycle.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.

Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).

Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

Exposure to integration technologies (APIs, middleware).

Knowledge of media-specific ERP/CRM modules or customizations.
