Job Description
. Must have more than 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
. Must have experience in requirements engineering for an enterprise bespoke system or similar.
. Must possess strong communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English.
. Good to have IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
. Good to have entry-level project management certification.
. Good to have working experience in government of Singapore projects.
. Good to have experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and scripting (Python/R).
. Good to have proficiency in technical skills like SQL and Excel
