Business Analyst (Temenos TAP / Triple A Plus)

We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) to support private banking system implementation and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for TAP systems
- Conduct workshops (PLW) and perform gap analysis
- Prepare functional specifications (FSD), high-level designs (HLSD), and user stories
- Work closely with business users, product owners, and development teams
- Support end-to-end implementation and system integration (TAP, T24, TDS, TDH)
- Assist in testing, issue analysis, and solution delivery
- Facilitate meetings and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos TAP (Triple A Plus)
- Experience in private banking / wealth management systems
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-trade lifecycle, Portfolio and reporting functions and Banking products (securities, derivatives, FX, loans, deposits)
- Experience in Agile projects
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- CBAP or relevant certification
- Exposure to Cloud, API, or AI/ML technologies
