Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Analyst to support the Business Architect in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to gather requirements, model business capabilities and processes, and support the implementation of target operating models and digital transformation strategies.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Elicit, document, and validate business needs from multiple stakeholders, translating them into clear and actionable requirements.

Support Capability Mapping

Assist the Business Architect in developing and maintaining business capability models. Analyze gaps, overlaps, and dependencies across functions.

Process Analysis & Improvement

Model current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes using industry-standard notations (e.g., BPMN). Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and better alignment with strategic objectives.

Strategic Initiative Support

Support enterprise initiatives by coordinating workshops, preparing analysis reports, and contributing to solution design discussions.

Documentation & Communication

Prepare high-quality business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications. Present findings clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

Change Management Support

Contribute to stakeholder engagement efforts, impact analysis, and readiness assessments to support business transition and adoption.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Business Architect, Product Managers, Project Managers, UX Designers, and Solution Architects to ensure business solutions are aligned to enterprise goals.

Qualities We Value

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience in enterprise or government projects involving business process reengineering and systems implementation.
• Familiarity with business architecture concepts such as capability mapping and operating model design is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in process modeling, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with tools like BPMN tools, Jira, Confluence, and Excel/Visio/Lucidchart.
