Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business applications, operational processes, and system enhancement initiatives within a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. You will work closely with business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations, effective issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into user-stories.
• Analyse requirements to drive the design or review of test cases/business model/processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business or any relevant discipline
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM configurations (e.g., workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards) within Microsoft Dynamics 365
