Agile Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business partner, product owner, and project management to ensure smooth product delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, product backlog, and PRD. Create and manage dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions and provide regular project progress updates to stakeholders. Engage with the Product Owner and Scrum team to clarify requirements, participating actively in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives. Work with Service Designers and UX/UI teams to analyze user journeys and design effective solutions. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather business needs and translate them into detailed specifications and user stories. Assist the Product Owner in monitoring team velocity, burndown charts, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an Agile framework. Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Strong problem-solving abilities and data analytics skills. Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and certifications preferred. Additional skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Python coding for data analysis, or experience with generative AI are advantageous.
