Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into data deliverables.
- Perform statistical and performance-related analysis with validation checks.
- Develop dashboards/reports in Power BI or Qlik.
- Support ETL processes and manage data in Snowflake.
- Provide ad-hoc data pulls for various business units.
Requirements
- 2-4 years'experience in BA, data operations, or analytics (financial services/fintechpreferred).
- Skilled in SQL (Snowflake), Excel, Power BI/Qlik.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of AWS services would be advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Salary: Up to $6,000 + half month bonus
