About the Role
Join the Data Team and contribute to transforming data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions. This role combines business analysis with hands-on data work - including statistical analysis, performance tracking, dashboard development, and ETL support - helping teams across the organisation make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
. Understand and translate business needs into clear data requirements and deliverables
. Conduct statistical and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy through validation checks
. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Qlik
. Support ETL processes and manage data within Snowflake
. Provide ad-hoc data extraction and reporting support for various business units

Requirements
. 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Operations, or Data Analytics (experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage)
. Proficient in SQL (Snowflake), Excel, Power BI or Qlik
. Good understanding of statistical techniques used in data analysis
. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
. Familiarity with AWS services is a plus
. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $4,800-$6,000 + half month bonus
