Requirements & Qualifications
. Analyze business requirements and translate to Salesforce solutions

. Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering

. Document business processes and support user acceptance testing

. Mandatory: Salesforce experience in any of Salesforce clouds: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud

. Relevant Salesforce certifications

. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and configuration

. Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills

. Public Sector experience in Singapore (number of projects, agencies worked with)
