Salesforce Business Analyst - 12 months contract

Responsibilities:

• Lead and document user requirement gathering for system development, ensuring that the end-to-end processes are adequately and accurately documented.
• Able to apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
• Work with the key stakeholders to create test scenarios and test plan.
• Support any other ad-hoc department tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or in any related majors
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role handling Agile projects.
• Good to have certification in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator etc.
• Ability to map and review an end-to-end process.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
