Job Description

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Zurich APAC team,as part of our dedicated teamexecuting onourregionaldigital distribution strategy - Zurich Edge.We'relooking for a Business Analyst with great problem solving and stakeholder management skills to help drive execution and implementation for key partners such as leading car manufacturers,telcosand travel operators in the region.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Project Implementation:

  • Collaborate with delivery teams across APAC to implement high-priority projects, leading BAs across multiple projectsand in Agile Methodology.

  • Engage with stakeholders,SMEsand other BAs tomanage deliverables such as user stories, process diagrams, functional specs, walkthroughs, Q&A sessions,sign-offs, and production handovers.

  • Work with business teams tofacilitatediscussions,present information,problemsolve, andimplement alternative solutions whererequired.

  • Work with Delivery Leads and Product Owners on prioritizing and refining the product backlog.

  • Support with UAT activity, asrequired.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with businessand ITstakeholders, becominga trusted advisorand making recommendations.

  • Provide clear,timelycommunication to keep stakeholderswell-informedand avoid surprises.

  • Provide status updates to senior management and liaise with external partners and vendors as needed.

  • Process Improvement & Facilitation:

  • Facilitate business changes and drive continuous process and operational improvements, with a particular focus on adoption of Agile Methodology and best practice.

  • Foster a creative and innovative team environment,facilitatingcommunication and resolving disagreements.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Required:

  • Understanding ofthe end-to-endinsurancevalue chain,products, processes, regulations, and market trends.

  • UnderstandingofAgilepractices, including backlog management, writing user stories, andfacilitatingAgile ceremonies.

  • Experience working with all stakeholders from technical to business roles, andpro-activechange management

  • Demonstration of analytical thinking, problem solving andcoming up withinnovative solutions that solve practical business challenges

  • Proven experience managing and delivering services in complex,fast pacedenvironments where ambiguity or contention in support requirements is often present.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct system analysis andprovideactionable insights

  • Strong communication& organizationalskills and the ability to manage a variety of competing tasks and stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence systems as collaboration tools like Mural.

  • Experience working onlarge scaleIT systems consisting of multiple integrated applications.
