Job Title: Business Analyst (Product Management)
Location: Singapore
Experience: 47 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong product management understanding to bridge business needs and product development. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Work closely with Product Managers on product roadmap and strategy
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Collaborate with development and QA teams for product delivery
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
Ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering
Good understanding of Product Management concepts
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to write BRD, FRD, and user stories
Preferred Skills:
Experience in product-based companies
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence
Basic understanding of UX/UI concepts
