Business Analyst

Responsibilities include:

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

Budgeting and forecasting.

Planning and monitoring.

Financial modelling.

Variance Analysis.

Pricing.

Reporting.

Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.

1.2.Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

Good understanding of financial products and trade flow, experience working with front office IT and business teams

1) 6-8 years of experience in Business analyst with strong analytical skills and strong understanding of derivatives front office risk management

2) Systems background and understanding of Investment Banking, Compliance and Risk Controls

3) Hands on experience as a technical business/systems analyst, and should be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

4) Hands on experience in writing and presenting creating high level designs, and process flows/workflows, and detailed software requirements specifications for the following:

. Data models and requirements

. Analytic calculation logic

. Batch data feeds

5) Hands on experience in addressing production related queries and issues

6) Strong verbal and written communication skills

7) Proven ability to effectively collaborate with key business and technology stakeholders to deliver detailed software requirements, initiate action and adapt to change

8) Proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments

9) Solid ability to prioritize detailed analysis deliverables, and recommend alternative solutions
