Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving improvements in processes, systems, and operations. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business and technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements directly from stakeholders.
- Support project scoping, estimation, planning, and manage change requests together with the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to prepare design mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
- Write test scenarios, support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure requirements are met.
- Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, business rules, backlog items, and feature specifications.
- Produce documentation and reports throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, handling business requirements directly with users.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, especially requirement analysis.
- Experience in testing and end-user training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Growth mindset with adaptability, patience, and willingness to champion ideas constructively.
