We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs and requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights that guide decisions to improve operations, systems, and products. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, or system upgrades
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, etc.) to understand business requirements and document them clearly
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve performance
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes, tools, and systems
- Monitor and evaluate business processes, ensuring they meet the company&aposs goals and objectives
- Create and manage project documentation, including requirement documents, user stories, and project timelines
- Support project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the business landscape
- Generate reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of business requirements into system solutions
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of systems or applications
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
- Excellent knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and workflow analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and delivering quality results
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or experience with Agile project management is a plus
- Experience with business intelligence tools or CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, German) is a plus
