Position overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in the implementation and rollout of Digital Collaboration Platform projects. Your role includes preparing functional designs and system configurations based on user requirements, performing relevant testing, and deploying the designed business solutions.
Key responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at Weaver Network, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Weavers Enterprise Digital Collaboration platform using Weaver delivery standards based on user requirements.
- Leading business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with customers, utilizing consulting techniques to understand their business needs.
- Ensuring system configurations and deliverables are accurate, complete, and approved by the client.
- Configuring and testing production environments according to the agreed solution design, including data uploads and key user training.
- Participating in user acceptance testing, unit testing, and system integration testing at the clients site when required.
- Identifying gaps in customer data quality or quantity and ensuring data fits required formats, including test uploads, reviewing error logs, and resolving issues.
- Contributing to test-to-production cutover activity planning or system migration planning.
- Actively enhancing product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, and project participation.
- Taking accountability for deliverables and milestones within the project and providing proactive updates to the project manager.
- Building professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions and support business development and personal growth.
- Contributing to team productivity and motivation through effective communication and cooperation while achieving project objectives.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Experience with SQL and JavaScript is preferred.
- Meticulous, well-organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High professional standards in documentation, presentations, project approach, and ways of working.
