Business Analyst- Payments

· Min 8+ years as a BA

· BA working exp in Cash management and ISO areas

· Min 2+yrs Working knowledge on field level mapping between key ISO20022 & SWIFT Messages.

· Should have good grip over ISO20022 (PACS/CAMT/PAIN) & SWIFT MT1XX, MT2XX & MT9XX.

· Gather, analyze user business process and requirements; verify & validate the requirements and ensure the requirements are documented into functional and non-functional specifications.

· Work with cross functional teams to analyze and define the integration requirements between modules and interfaces with other systems.

· Should have good experience working on JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, etc. & be able to create/manage pages.

· Experience working with hybrid SDLC models of Waterfall & Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

· Validate test cases and test results from the project testing activities, if situation demands then assist testing team in possible capacity.

· Work closely with Scrum Master on updates, queries over Kanban & deliverables.

· Follow standard business analysis and defect analysis guidelines, clarify when in doubt.

· Represent project team on various calls and ensure that deliverables & timelines are met.

· Solid Business analysis experience in Banking industry, should have experience of handling requirements in Payments area.

· Experience of working experience in Payments ISO implementation is good to have experience

· Interprets and understands Regulatory documentation and other related communication received in local language (Simplified & Traditional Chinese) and translate it to English language for Project team's benefit.

· Should have hands-on experience in executing projects related to payment processing (high value/low value), sanctions and payments value chain with sound understanding of APAC clearings schemes.

· Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches, and facilitating implementation.

· Plan, organizes, monitors, and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.

· Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.

· Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for Change control procedures, updates, and project documents.

· Work on Global projects involving global stakeholders and technology groups across time zones.

· A self-motivated, hands-on Technical Business Analyst with experience in creating/refining business and functional requirements, data analysis, and documentation of existing systems and processes. Having Technical Delivery experience will be a plus.

· Associate good to have end to end payments processing knowledge

· Should have Technical knowledge to work with Design and Development teams

· Associate good to have field level knowledge on payment messages like MT103 (Pacs.008), MT202 (Pacs.009), MT202 Cov (Pacs.009Cov), MT950 (Camt.053) etc.
