Business Analyst (Banking & Payment Domain)
Experience : 6 to 9 Years
Location : Onsite (Singapore)
Notice Period : 15- 30 Days
Must have : Transaction Banking Cash Management, BA, Ajile, Payment and banking domain experience, swift payments BA / pricing and billing systems.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business teams to understand requirements, analyze dependencies, and prioritize deliverables.
- Create and refine user stories, manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct planning and review meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Prepare BRD/FSD and other technical specification documents.
- Work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders with strong communication and coordination.
- Apply analytical thinking and problemsolving to break down complex business scenarios.
Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Banking & Payments.
- Mandatory experience in Transaction Banking Cash Management.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience breaking down complex problems.
- Familiarity with Core Banking systems.
