Business Analyst -Order Management

Minimum 8 years to Maximum of 15 years of experience in banking, preferably private banking and/or asset management

· Thorough understanding of private banking value chain; key focus is on business understanding

· Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering

· Good understanding of Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle

· Knowledge of SQL will be added advantage

· Knowledge of software quality process would be an advantage

· Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience of partnering with IT in Scrum model would be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of private banking business; should be able to speak and understand technical / business language

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to analyse, prioritize, and resolve issues with a proficiency in taking decisions during challenging times

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills

· Able to interact with C-Level Executive (if situation demands), functional leads, SMEs, Technical leads, Application Managers and Other IT teams and communicate in language that they understand.
