Job Summary
Lead and manage order fulfilment, logistics, warehouse, transportation and inventory operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Develop and mentor teams to drive continuous improvement and align with organizational standards and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely order fulfilment to meet customer satisfaction and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets
- Develop and execute efficient logistics, transportation, and warehouse services to optimize operations
- Monitor service providers to ensure compliance with service levels, frequency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory standards
- Formulate and track logistics cost optimization, space utilization, and safe handling of products and deliveries
- Promote and implement progressive people management frameworks and policies to attract, retain, and develop talent
- Lead performance management and learning & development initiatives using Skills Frameworks and relevant tools
- Recruit, orientate, lead, and guide team members to meet operational standards and requirements daily
- Engage, mentor, and motivate team members to excel and support their personal and professional growth
- Manage staff issues and conduct performance appraisals to maintain a high-performing team
- Lead cross-functional projects with broad scope to impact departmental and organizational goals
- Facilitate comprehensive understanding of business and supply chain operations to support strategies on cost, profitability, inventory turns, service levels, and technology adoption
- Communicate effectively with staff, peers, upper management, and suppliers to build rapport and influence decision-making
- Apply strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Drive change by challenging the status quo and recommending enhancements to products and processes
- Demonstrate team leadership by developing and sustaining relationships that contribute to organizational success and guide teams for effective execution
