Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Experience in FircoSoft (Firco Continuity / Firco Trust) with hands-on involvement in V5 to V6 migration.
  • Good understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and compliance processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of data mapping, migration strategies, and reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies (SIT, UAT).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
