Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team members in implementing departmental initiatives and strategic plans.
  • Deliver outcomes that have a measurable impact on the division and organisation.
  • Apply functional knowledge to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Organise divisional events, workshops, and engagements that support strategic objectives.
  • Manage and oversee programmes and services to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as a steward of innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with organisational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • A professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is advantageous.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
  • Proven track record in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering projects with measurable organisational impact.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Agile, Design Thinking) and digital adoption strategies is preferred.
  • Experience with Finance and Budgeting processes will be an advantage.
