Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and providing actionable insights and solutions to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with various teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and other business documentation to support project implementation.
- Work with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure that business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders, communicating analysis, findings, and recommendations.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and processes, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Track project progress and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Provide ongoing support to business teams by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and helping to optimize new solutions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and suggest improvements to business strategies.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (internships or academic projects are considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business processes and systems.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and business analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design and wireframing tools is a plus.
- Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
