Business Analyst (Power BI)

Responsibilities:
. Track and analyse departmental KPIs and interpret key performance drivers.
. Collaborate with IT to integrate critical business data into BI platforms.
. Develop dashboards to present KPIs, costs and operating metrics for management visibility and alignment.
. Analyse performance trends to identify gaps, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
. Lead business improvement and optimisation projects to address constraints and enhance competitiveness.

Requirements:
. Degree in Accountancy, Business, Data Analytics or related fields
. Minimum 3 years experience in an audit firm
. Experience in data analysis or data visualisation roles desirable
. Proficiency in Power BI knowledge of Power Apps is a plus
. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
. Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn new systems and technologies
