As a Business Analyst at MR Ingenieros SAS, you will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. You will play a key role in identifying business needs, improving processes, and recommending solutions that drive value for our clients. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data collection.
• Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop business cases, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Create clear and concise documentation to support project deliverables, including functional specifications and user stories.
• Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in the development and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Work with project managers to support project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track the success of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments where necessary.
• Support change management initiatives and help ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to understand and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices is a plus.

• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
