Business Analyst
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This role is for an IT Business Engineer Lead Core Banking. The role involves gathering / analysing business processes, designing system enhancements and functional solution collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and optimisation of core banking system with interacting applications.
The T24 Business Analyst Structured Products will be responsible for endtoend business analysis and functional solution design for Structured Products within Temenos Transact (T24), primarily in Private Banking / Wealth Management environments.
The role requires deep domain knowledge of derivatives and structured instruments, strong understanding of T24 Securities and Accounting, and the ability to translate complex product structures into T24compliant functional designs.
The role is also responsible to define the business functions related to End-of-Day, End-of-Month, End-of-Quarter, End-of-Year Processing on the Structured Products (ST)
kEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis for Structured Products (notes, linked deposits, OTC derivatives) in Private Banking.
- Translate business requirements into BSDD / FSD / TSD / user stories aligned with Temenos implementation methodology.
- Define product lifecycle flows including:
- Trade booking
- Pricing
- Payoff calculation
- Corporate actions
- Coupon events
- Maturity / early redemption
- Work closely with business stakeholders, front office, operations, risk, and finance teams
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Professional and Technical
- Minimum 12 15 years of IT business analysis, system engineering & support, focussed on Core Banking with Private Banking domain
- Configure and support T24 modules relevant to Structured Products, including:
- Securities
- Derivatives
- Corporate Actions
- Accounting & Reporting
- Fees & Taxes
- Define functional behavior for:
- Eventbased postings
- Accounting rules
- Cash and position management
- Support T24 integration touchpoints with upstream and downstream systems (channels, reporting, market data feeds).
- Experienced in driving PLWs and able to advise new processes for new applications, preferably with Implementation experience.
- Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN.

Domain & Functional Skills
- 815+ years of experience as a T24 Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Structured Products
- Derivatives (OTC, notes, linked products)
- Corporate Actions
- Private Banking / Wealth Management
- Strong understanding of financial accounting for complex instruments.
Temenos T24 Expertise
- Handson experience with Temenos Transact (T24) in Private Banking.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Securities & Derivatives modules
- Accounting and reporting flows
- COB/EOD/EOM behavior (Must Have)
- Experience working on T24 upgrades, enhancements, or migrations
