Business Analyst - Financial products

• Act as a Senior Business Analyst at VP level, partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives within wealth management.

• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology architecture.

• Support the design and delivery of digital products and customer journeys from conceptualization through implementation in an agile environment.

• Work with engineering squads and product managers to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and impact assessments for new system implementations and enhancements.

• Gather and document requirements related to system integrations across complex IT landscapes.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive consensus on solutions.

• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Manage multiple initiatives and priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst at VP level or equivalent within the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong domain knowledge in wealth management or investment products, such as Funds, Bonds, FX, Structured Products, Equities, and Digital Assets, or advisory domains including Portfolio Management, Portfolio Construction, Rebalancing, and Risk.

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex digital products and customer journeys using agile methodologies.

• Solid experience in requirements gathering, system integration analysis, and working with complex IT landscapes.

• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools, including process mapping, data modeling, use cases, user stories, and requirements management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams and product managers in agile environments.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
