Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Lead to drive high-quality business analysis across large-scale projects. In this role, you will lead a team of Business Analysts, ensure alignment between business needs and solutions, and support successful project delivery from planning to implementation.
You will work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring consistent quality and best practices
- Oversee requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across projects
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to manage priorities, scope, and timelines
- Plan and drive business analysis activities across project phases
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Engage stakeholders, including senior and external clients, to align on expectations
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement gathering sessions
- Establish and maintain standards, governance, and best practices for business analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in large-scale or government projects
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Business Analyst teams
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process modelling (e.g. BPMN), and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with stakeholders across different levels
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
