Key responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate needs into clear specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout delivery.
Support solution design and alignment with IT service management practices.
Facilitate workshops, reviews, and UAT activities.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and enterprise IT delivery.
Skilled in requirements gathering, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: experience with ServiceNow, BMC, or observability tools BA certifications bilingual English/Mandarin.
